Founder: John Beatty

The Aspen Wine & Cheese Association was founded by John Beatty with the aim of sharing his love of wine, cheese and other gastronomic delights. John is an exported aussie, 20 year resident of Aspen. Seminar Wine Manager for the Aspen Food & Wine Classic for the past several years and through associated companies, importer and distributor of premium aussie and other small production wines.

Michelle Kiley: aka just Kiley, is the proprietor of Specialty Foods of Aspen.

Robert Morris: Bob is a Burgundy wine officando in particular, but has an extensive wine knowledge generally. Bob travels between Aspen, Burgundy and his latest passion, Hawaii, so can’t always make it to our tastings.
